What the tool does
Selections happen locally using the browser Web Crypto API. Visual motion presents an already-selected result and never secretly decides it. Optional saved data remains in this browser until you remove it.
Limitations
Use it for the right job
The no-repeat guarantee applies to the generated round-robin pair schedule. Manual edits or arbitrary trio groupings fall outside that guarantee.

Will a pair repeat?
Not within a complete unmodified round-robin cycle. Each possible pair appears once.
What happens with an odd number?
One participant receives a clearly marked bye each round, rotating across the schedule.
Does progress survive a reload?
Yes. The current schedule and round are stored locally in this browser.
